Hounds Development and Representative Program and Hounds Touch Junior State Cup 2025.
 

All players are invited to register to trial for Hounds Development and Representative program to compete at the Queensland Touch Football Junior State Cup (10th – 12th July 2025) held in Rockhampton and associated lead in Carnivals.

 

We aim to field multiple teams across the U10, U12, U14, U16, and U18 boys' and girls' divisions, catering to players of all ages and skill levels.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity for players to be part of the Hounds Development and Representative program, which is built on a foundation of player development and inclusion.

 

During the trials, a parent briefing will also be held on premises.

 

All players must be registered and financially active participants in either Season 2, 2024, and/or Season 1, 2025 to be eligible for selection. Additionally, they must attend the trials or provide a valid reason for their inability to do so. The trials will take place on two separate dates, and players are expected to attend both.

 

If you are unable to attend either of the trial dates and have a legitimate reason for not being able to attend, please complete the dispensation form below to be considered for team selection.

 

Please note that dispensation approval is at the discretion of Hounds Touch.

 

Hounds Touch 2025 JSC Player Dispensation Form.

 

All players will be required to wear the Hounds academy singlet to all trial sessions.

 

Please have your player/s Academy top handy as your will need to enter their playing number on the back of the shirt as part of the nomination process.

 

The trial dates are as follows and will be scheduled in the morning to avoid conflicting with the 2025 Season 1 games.

All players must be a registered and financial member of Hounds Touch. Which season have you played and/or are you intending to play.

Which JSC 2025 Age Division will your player be trialling for? Players are to be born between the top and bottom ages as listed.


Academy Shirt / Singlet

Each participant requires an academy top. These tops are to be worn at representative and development program trials, and if successful, for any development and representative program training. 


For new attendees or those that require a replacement top you will need to order a shirt or singlet. The Hounds Academy Shirt or Singlet are available at a heavily subsidised cost of $15.


Please have your player/s Academy top handy as your will need to enter their playing number on the back of the shirt as part of the nomination process.


When ordering your Academy shirt you can use your child's existing Hounds playing shirt or singlet as a guide for sizing.


The size can be found on the bottom hem.


It is displayed as a letter Eg. S M L XL.
