CELEBRATING FIVE YEARS!

On Sunday 20th October 2024 Hounds celebrated 5 years of operation as a club. Our members all enjoyed celebrating with us with some cake of course!  It was wonderful to see families out on their picnic rugs in the shade enjoying the games.
 

We use these special milestones to reflect on all that has been achieved and to express gratitude to those that have supported us.

Five years ago in 2019 we held our very first come and try day and touch clinic and since that late October date we have achieved many significant milestones....here is a list of just a few:

• Secondhand shoe donations collection

• Fundraiser for Breast Cancer Awareness

• Pass it on Medal implemented

• Hounds Referee Development Program implemented (with L2 upgrades)

• Hounds Representative and Development Program implemented

• 2021 Queensland Touch Football Junior State Cup Small Affiliate award winner

• Infront Security Services All Abilities and First Try Touch programs implemented

• Queensland Touch Football 2022 Volunteer award winner

• Queensland Touch Football 2022 Small/Medium affiliate award winner

• 2023 Inaugural Hounds Junior Cup event
