Hounds Touch Junior State Cup 2026 Player Dispensation Form.

All players must attend selection trials. These will be held over two dates and it is expected that players will attend both.

If you are unable to attend either of the trial dates and have a legitimate reason for not being able to attend, please complete the dispensation form below to be considered for team selection.

Please note that dispensation approval is at the discretion of Hounds Touch.

Under 10’s - Born in 2016, 2017 or 2018
