Junior Representative Shadow Player’s and Parent / Guardian Agreement
By signing below you are consenting to adhere to the respective codes of conduct, the agreement and are committing to the program as outlined in your representative letter.
I, as a member of the Hounds Graceville Touch Football Association (HGTFA) Representative team, agree to the following as a condition of my selection.
I UNDERSTAND THAT I MUST:
Be registered with the HGTFA Club and play regularly in fixtures.
Wear the HGTFA playing uniform correctly at all times.
Attend ALL set training sessions.
Attend any additional training sessions or games as requested by my coach.
Notify my team Manager, prior to training sessions, if for any reason I am unable to attend.
NON ATTENDANCE at training without notification could result in forfeiture of my place in the team.
If injury or illness prevents me from playing during the Rep season, I will produce a medical clearance, prior to recommencement of training/playing if requested to do so.
Ensure that my standard of play, sportsmanship, and behaviour is of the highest order, both on and off the field. Failure to do so may exclude my involvement in further games.
Abide by the Player Code of Conduct.
I will continue to play fixtures for my Club team.
I ACCEPT THAT:
The Team Manager deals with all issues pertaining to the team off the field, the Manager’s decision shall be final and binding.
The Coach will deal with and make all on field decisions and I will accept their decision.
I may be subject to replacement if I fail to comply with the terms of this agreement.
